The Kairos College proposal is focused on a competency-based approach and the creation of learning scenarios where our students can develop their creative thinking in an environment of freedom, acting as managers of alternative projects addressing different issues in their surroundings. This is done through personalized guidance and advising, as well as a curricular dynamic that underscores the importance of emotions in constructing our students’ learning experiences.
