For enrollment:

• Copy of the official identification document (student’s ID or Alien Registration Card).
• Evaluation report (showing progress of the 2024 school year).
• Copy of the official identification document of both parents.

For registration:

• Updated Unique Enrollment Form, issued by the SIAGIE (with final status).
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Official certificates of studies from previous years.
• Three front-facing passport-sized photos.
• 2025 educational service contract, duly signed.
• Personal information form with complete details.
• Image use authorization form.

• The applicant student must complete a set of academic evaluations.
• The objective is to determine their level of knowledge in each assessed subject according to the level and grade they are applying to.
• Evaluation is conducted by the course’s responsible teacher.
• Date and time are scheduled and communicated to parents.
• The Admissions Team will provide instructions for scheduling after the preliminary application has been submitted.

• Parents will attend a personal interview with the lead counselor or school Director.
• The purpose of the interview is to get to know the parents and learn about their expectations and how these align with our educational philosophy, values, and model.
• The Admissions Team will provide instructions for scheduling the interview after the preliminary application has been submitted.

• The enrollment process concludes with the submission and verification of ALL required documents and respective payments.
• The school will generate and issue the Unique Enrollment Form (FUM).
• The school will report the student’s information in the SIAGIE, which certifies to the UGEL that the minor is part of the Kairos College family for the 2025 educational year.

NOTE: Once the school year has begun with the first day of classes, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
